above the place where I was staying.

i walked into an empty post office.
waited at least five minutes patently for the chap working over the
counter on his computer.
he looked up annoyed and asked me what i wanted.
I need to know the rates for parcels,' I asked.

i walked over and waited.
2 mins later he walked over and looked at me and asked
